Ok I admit it, it's just FAQs:
So are those greeting cards all there is to trustwordie?
Well, you have to start somewhere. I'm a small sideline project with big ideas. I had a small amount of seed capital to get this off the ground which I'll reinvest and expand the product range. Watch this space.
How much does shipping cost?
It's all about the weight. Each square greeting card weighs 23g and the A6 cards weigh 18g. There is more detail on our shipping page but here is a table of the postal costs for the following weights:
Max. weight |
Within Ireland (ROI) |
Rest of World |
100g |
€1.20 |
€1.70 |
250g |
€2.50 |
€5.00 |
500g |

€6.20 |
What's the story with deliveries?
Orders are shipped from HQ here in Wexford using An Post, Ireland's state-owned provider of postal services. Again, it's early days so delivery times vary by country. The plan is to dispatch packages within 2 working days of orders (excluding weekends and public holidays). I will send you an email confirming your order has been dispatched. Delivery will usually be the next day within Ireland and a further 2-5 working days, depending.
What about product returns?
There's a lot of detail all about returns on
this page but the gist of it is: of course we'll take them back provided they are unopened and in the same condition you received them.
Are taxes included?
VAT is included in the greeting card price.
Additional customs or import duties, that may arise, are payable by the recipient. Customs policies vary greatly by region, please contact your local customs office for further information.
Where are the cards made?
Trustwordie greeting cards are lovingly wordsmithed and designed in Gorey, Co. Wexford and printed in Ireland. The envelopes and sleeves are sourced in Dublin while the shipping envelopes are made from recycled maps in Germany.
Does trustwordie produce bespoke greeting cards?
Kind of, sort of, not really. I've created one or two for friends and family but look, if you're stuck, just pop us a mail and we'll see what happens.
