The 2020 Christmas Card Collection is now live

I'm delighted to present the Christmas 2020 collection. What a year it has been, our lives and livelihoods were turned upside down almost overnight. We locked down, opened up and locked down again but hopefully we'll be somewhere in between in December.  To mark this extraordinary year, I've added two new Christmas card designs - Christmas is NOT cancelled and We'll meet again and I've retired our Holiday Madness just this year because we won't be racing around to parties and meals. I hope you like them. Our Bah Humbug Bad Ass cards have already gone to reprint (in October) because even though they're a few years old, they seem...

Free postage to and from Nursing and Care homes

Well done An Post. They've pulled it out of the bag for the residents in Nursing and Care homes.  "Community is about reaching out with compassion, staying connected and sending love to each other. That’s why at An Post, you can now send love to communities living in care homes across Ireland with free postage." In recognition of the incredibly tough time these residents have had throughout the pandemic, An Post will ensure free delivery of all card and letter mail posted to and from residents of Nursing and Care homes in the State until January 31st 2021. Bravo An Post. See their post...

My postman tells me that since the COVID_19 restrictions, it is busier than Christmas as people have switched to written communication. I hope your wait isn't too long. I am still getting those wow it arrived...

Joy Redmond of quirky greeting-card range Trustwordie says she had mixed feelings about producing greeting cards for the times we're living in. But she received so many requests from friends and customers that she decided to give it a go and hopes that they bring a little joy during a difficult time. There are six cards in total, including a 'School's Out Colour In' postcard for...

Trustwordie images in the Irish Times

Images of some of our range of Coronavirus themed cards made it into an article about creative responses to the pandemic. The article featured a piece about Pendemic.ie, a site I set up with a few friends, to gather written testimonies from people all over the world as we live through the crisis. We've received submissions from every continent and have visitors from over 90 countries. While many big names in the literary world have contributed, the site is open to anyone who wishes to write something about the pandemic so please feel free to submit or just browse hundreds of musings - poetry,...
