I pride myself on turning around orders within 24 hours and often get compliments via email and social media on their swift arrival. Lately, two customers have got in touch to let me know their cards still had not arrived after more than a week of receiving my fulfilment email. Luckily, I managed to get a new order hand delivered.
An Post have been inundated with parcels and post this year more than most but still I'm devastated thinking that my cards won't arrive in time for you to post them. Please do get in touch if your cards did not arrive in time and we'll work something out.
Apologies for the inconvenience and I will look at alternative postal arrangements for the next busy season.
